### Reporting a Player

All player reports whether this be breaking rules or poor quality roleplay must be made within a Discord ticket. You should not approach a staff member in game regarding a player issue unless absolutely necessary such as a hacker.

All scenes must be played out to the end and then a report must be submitted afterwards. Failure to do this could result in a FailRP rule break.

### Server Restart Shenanigans

When the server is due to restart (aka tsunami/storm) leading up to this, people MUST remain in character at all times and continue on the scene as if the restart isn't happening.

Any spontaneous shootouts near the restart time is prohibited.

You may not commit any crime in the 30 minutes leading up to a Server Restart, given that 30 minutes to restart gives very little time for roleplay to fully play out. This includes crimes against players and NPCs (such as robberies). This does not include crimes that were already in-progress.

### Be Civil and Respectful

Use of homophobic, transphobic, racist, or other forms of the discriminating language or actions is prohibited.

Dark humor, especially self-harm or suicide jokes or memes, is not allowed. Any message that hints or incites people into self-harm will result in a permanent ban with no possibility of appeal.

### Scamming

Being deceptive to trick/cheat someone out of something such as but not limited to items, vehicles or money is prohibited. If this is done is a RP manor and has a story line to it then that is fine, however it cannot be a serial offense.

### Corruption

Whitelisted emergency jobs such as Law, Doctors and DOJ are strictly non-criminal and cannot be corrupt for that Character.

If you are caught you will be instantly stripped of your rank and not be allowed to join any whitelisted role.

### Advertising/Poaching

Advertising anything within the server which isn't a part of any roleplay or not related to the server is forbidden.

Poaching players through our server using but not limited to voice, texts, and /me is forbidden.

### Bug Abuse

Abuse of a bug is totally forbidden, if you discover a bug, it is your duty to report it on the Discord server. In the case of use of a bug (to benefit you or not), you will be severely sanctioned by a ban based on a case by case basis. If you are a victim of an in game bug, take a screenshot/video and contact a member of staff immediately via a Discord ticket.

### Donation Items

You are not allowed to steal items from players which have been gained through donating. This includes but is not limited to Vouchers.

These items should be kept in stashes until being claimed.
